Winter Solstice Sound Celebration

Join us for a soothing, nurturing and profound celebration of Winter Solstice in sound. The precise moment of Winter Solstice 2025 in the UK is 15.03pm, so we will be gathering during the time when the energy is at its height and welcome the return of the sun, longer days and new beginnings.

You will be bathed in heavenly harmonies and the sounds of a Wind Gong, Paiste Symphonic Gong, Himalayan Temple gong, Himalayan bowls, Koshi chimes and other sound treasures.  During a sound bath, you can lie down or sit, fully clothed, whilst bathing in sound waves. Consistent feedback shows that participants leave deeply relaxed and energised with reduced pain and much improved sleep.
