One of the joys of our work is hearing that our soundscapes have helped others move through challenging times in their lives, whether that's to do with health, relationships, work or other issues. We've found that using sound with intention provides a key to help you navigate through life with greater ease, grace and joy.

You will be bathed in heavenly harmonies and the sounds of a Wind Gong, Paiste Symphonic Gong, Himalayan Temple gong, Himalayan bowls, Koshi chimes and other sound treasures.  During a sound bath, you can lie down or sit, fully clothed, whilst bathing in sound waves. Consistent feedback shows that participants leave deeply relaxed and energised with reduced pain and much improved sleep.
