Join Bea Martin and David Johnson of Bards of Avalon as they combine their voices with the sounds of Himalayan Bowls, Gongs and other percussion instruments to create an uplifting soundscape to enhance your health and wellbeing. During a sound bath, you can lie down or sit, fully clothed, whilst bathing in sound waves.
