Spring Equinox Sound Celebration (online)

Come and join Bea and David for a celebration of Spring Equinox in sound.

The event will be held the day after the Equinox, a time of equal day and equal night, a time to celebrate Spring and new beginnings. We'll combine our voices with the sounds of Himalayan Bowls, Gongs and other percussion instruments to create an uplifting soundscape to enhance your health and wellbeing. 

During this sound journey you can lie down or sit, fully clothed, whilst bathing in sound waves. Consistent feedback shows that participants leave deeply relaxed and energised with reduced pain and much improved sleep.
