Resonance of the Heart

Bea and David from Bards of Avalon and Wendy, of Wild Heart Wellbeing are delighted to welcome Jay of Jayson Stilwell Sounds to co-create a heart-filled sacred sound space.

The afternoon will begin with a heart-opening, voice-activating session facilitated by Jayson Stilwell. Jay's approach is very supportive, encouraging you to reconnect to your own Source connection and express it through simple sound with a loving intent for the good of all.

Next we eat food made from the heart to nourish our hearts. Donna Wood of Blissed Healing will provide nourishing, scrumptious home-made vegan and vegetarian savouries. 

Then you enjoy a sound journey co-created by Bea, David, Wendy and Jay to further connect with your heart. We will bathe you in heavenly harmonies with gongs, singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes and other sound treasures to calm your mind, soothe your emotions, nurture your body and uplift your spirit.

We end with Donna's delicious home made cakes, chai and teas. Vegan, gluten free and sugar free options will be available.

Bring whatever you need to be comfortable - something to sit or lie on, a pillow if desired and a snuggly blanket - plus some drinking water. 

Please arrive from 1.40pm so that we can start at 2.00pm.

Cost: £20 concessions, £25 general admission. All tickets include food.
