Resonance of the Heart

Wendy, of Wild Heart Drum and Wellbeing with Bea and David from Bards of Avalon have come together again to co-create a heart-filled sacred sound space.

The afternoon will begin with a drum circle facilitated by Wendy. The drum is all about the heart beat, and we are starting with the drums to connect with our hearts, the heart of Mother Earth and the hearts of each other. We then eat food made from the heart to nourish our hearts. Donna Wood of Mulberry Wood Blissed Healing will provide scrumptious home-made vegan and vegetarian salads and savouries. 

Then we enjoy a sound journey co-created by Wendy, Bea and David, to further connect with our hearts.

We end with Donna's delicious home made cakes and teas. Vegan, gluten free and sugar free options will be available.
