11:11 Sound Journey

Join us for a profound sound journey on 11th November. We've found over the years that this day is a very important energetic portal. 

You will be bathed in heavenly harmonies and the sounds of a Wind Gong, Paiste Symphonic Gong, Himalayan Temple gong, Himalayan bowls, Koshi chimes and other sound treasures. Dan will set the space with opening and closing prayers and Ann will drum. During a sound bath, you can lie down or sit, fully clothed, whilst bathing in sound waves. Consistent feedback shows that participants leave deeply relaxed and energised with reduced pain and much improved sleep.
